Nuk do shume mundim per te dalluar se sa mashtruese jane gazeta si puna e asaj qe emrin e ka "Shqip".
Desinformimi 2: Kryetari i bashkise Bollano zhvillon takime me zgjedhesit e tij disa here ne vit dhe ky eshte nje nga takimet e rradhes.
Qendrimi i Bollanos per pronat ka qene e eshte i qarte, prona duhet te shkoje tek i zoti, pamvaresisht se ndokujt nuk i pleqen.

Fenomeni Bollano
Krerët e minoritetit konfirmojnë çeljen e një zyre greke për regjistrimin e pronave në Shqipëri
Një takim vetëm me mbështetës të besuar të PBDNJ-së dhe OMONIA-s, me rreth 80 emigrantë nga Himara dhe Dhërmiu, ka zhvilluar kryetari i kësaj partie Vangjel Dule dhe kryebashkiaku kryeomonist i Himarës, Vasil Bollano, në sallën e Unionit të Gazetarëve të Greqisë ditën e diel. Takimi është zhvilluar në kryeqytetin grek, me praninë edhe të deputetit ultranacionalist të “Laos”-it Plevris, si dhe ish-kryetarit të “vorioepiriotëve” dhe kandidat për deputet, Babis Karathanos.
Takimi, sipas zërave të mbështetësve të afërt të Bollanos, ka qenë sipari i një turi të saponisur fushate për bashkinë e Bregut të Detit, nga dy krerët e minoritetit, Dule e Bollano. Ai është mbështetur, përmes fjalës së deputetit ultranacionalist i “Laos”-t, si dhe nga kryetari i shoqatës “Himara” Alfred Beleri, person i shpallur “non grata” në Shqipëri për shkak të pjesëmarrjes në aktin terrorist të prillit të vitit 1994 në masakrën e Peshkëpisë në Gjirokastër.
Mësohet se kryetari i PBDNJ-së zoti Dule është larguar nga takimi fill pas disa replikave mes disa të pranishmëve dhe kryetarit të bashkisë, Bollano, kur ky i fundit ka nisur të mbajë një fjalim për çështjen e regjistrimit të pasurive në minoritet. Bollano shtoi se “do të fillojë regjistrimi i pasurisë, madje do të hapet edhe një zyrë nga QE OASA që do të merret me këtë proces”. Ndërkohë që për çudinë e disa pjesëmarrësve në takim, shtoi se në krye të kësaj zyre do të vendoset Marko Daflla, të cilin vetë Bollano e paska hequr vite më parë nga zyra e kadastrës. Madje shtoi se “do të paraqesë edhe një formular me 14 pika për regjistrimin e pasurisë”. Në këtë moment, një himarjot i pranishëm ka ndërhyrë duke u shprehur pro ligjit 7501, por ka qenë kryebashkiaku Bollano që e ka ndërprerë, duke pasuar shkëmbimin e disa replikave. Në fjalën e tij, Bollano është shprehur edhe për regjistrimin e popullsisë në zonën e minoritetit. Pas takimit të zhvilluar në sallën e Unionit të Gazetarëve grekë, nga emigrantë himarjotë dhe të shtatë fshatrave të Bregut mësohet se ka pasur shumë pakënaqësi për konfidencialitetin e takimit. Zërat pohojnë se mes emigrantëve himarjotë nisja e takimeve të tilla të Bollanos, lexohen si afishim i dëshirës së tij për rikandidim. Mirëpo, mes emigrantëve të kësaj zone ka shumë zëra që janë kundër, madje shprehen me nervozizëm për politikat selektive që kryebashkiaku i Himarës po ndjek për çështje të pronësisë në bregdet.

Theodore Spyropoulos-ANSWERS TO PROFESSOR VICTOR FRIEDMAN'S ALLEGATIONS ON MACEDONIA

Dr. Victor Friedman the so-called “expert” linguist from the University of Chicago in his interview with Christopher Deliso of Balkanalysis.com on Macedonia, states: “…it’s been that way ever since modern Macedonians began to call themselves Macedonians. The Greeks have been denying the existence of its Macedonian minority since acquiring Greek Macedonia at the Treaty of Bucharest following the Second Balkan War (1913)…”
Even though Dr. Friedman projects an aura of expertise as a Professor of Slavic and Balkan Linguistics, Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of Chicago, his answers to Christopher Deliso makes one wonder about his basic Balkan historical knowledge. It is therefore compelling to remind the good Professor of some historical facts regarding the Balkans.
The history of the FYROM is very recent. It started approximately in the fifth century AD. Originally the southern Slavs were called Venedi, but the Byzantines changed their name to Sklavini when they migrated to the south part of the Balkans because the Slavs established alliances, or unions amongst themselves called “sklavinije.” These Sklavinije asserted as their high commanders a regular hierarchy of princes such as Hatson, Akamir and Prvud. In the middle of the 5th century AD the southern Slavs crossed the Carpathian Mountains and settled in the former Roman provinces of Panonia (modern day Hungary) and Dacia (modern day Romania). The first Slavic and Turkic tribes of the Bulgarians started attacking the Balkan areas jointly in the 5th century AD. In the beginning, they robbed the Byzantine population, devastating the countryside and then returning to their bases. Former FYROM President Gligorov verified the above with his statement: "according to the history of the Macedonian people the prevailing view is that we are Slavs. We came from the Balkan [Mountains] in the sixth, seventh century and settled on the land called Macedonia. Even so, this is not what gives the identity of our people" (Kiro Gligorov, Skopje, 2000, 354).
Lasting settlements of Slavs in parts of the Macedonian area began at the end of the sixth century. Up to the middle of the seventh century the seven Slavic tribes, namely Draguviti, Bereziti, Sagudati, Rinhini, Strumljani, Smoljani, Velegeziti, Milingi, Ezerites, Timočani, Abodrini, and Moravijani united in tribal unions, thus turning into an important political and ethnic factor in the history of the Balkans. They are the ancestors of the current Slavic population of the FYROM. According the Yugoslavian Military Encyclopedia (ed. 1974) the Timočani, Abodrini, and Moravijani, at present, are part of the Serbian Nation.
The terms Vardar Macedonia, Macedonia of Pirin and Aegean Macedonia used by the citizens of the FYROM were tricks by the former Yugoslavia to serve effectively its aggressive and political purposes.
There are no official or unofficial records or statistics, according to which the FYROM inhabitants are called “Macedonians.” As all ethnologist scientists agree no separate Macedonian ethnos ever existed in history, (Arnold van Gennep: Traité comparatif des nationalités. Paris, 1922. A, 212;). The expression “Macedonian nation” is the creation of Pan-Slavism, used first by the Russian N. S. Zarganko in 1890, having the meaning of a nonexistent separate ethnicity being the Trojan horse for the Slavic aggression against Greece. Suddenly and out of nowhere a “Macedonian” ethnos was created in Southern Yugoslavia, known by names such as South Serbia and People’s Republic of Macedonia. The Manifesto of Krushevo of 1903 is a testimony to the geographic nature of the term Macedonia and Macedonian people. The hero of the FYROM Goce Delchev states in an authenticated letter that they "are Bulgarians" while the so-called father of FYROM's "Macedonism" affirms the Slavonic culture of the "Macedonians" (Giorgio Nurigianni, 1972).
In the official Turkish census of 1904-1905 there is no mention of any “Macedonians.” The population of the European part of the Ottoman Empire, during the census was a total of 4,183,575 people and had the following structure: 1,823,500 Moslems, 1,619,300 Greeks, 455,000 Bulgarians, 151,235 Jews, 95,350 Armenians, 16,550 Serbs, 13,750 Vlachs and 8,890 Roma. The census was organized by the Inspector General Hilmi Pasha, who was appointed by the Sultan.
The same census shows that in the Vilayet of Manastir the population consisted of 670,250 people and had the following structure: 250,000 Greeks, 223,000 Moslems, 143,000 Bulgarians, 13,150 Serbs, 6,150 Vlachs and 4,950 Jews. The same census also shows that the population of the Vilayet of Thessaloniki, except the Sanjak of Divris and Elbasan consisted of 1,070,100 people and had the following structure: 423,500 Moslems, 362,000 Greeks, 128,000 Bulgarians, 69,200 Jews, 8,650 Roma, 7,350 Vlachs and 1,400 Serbs. (These figures are taken from the book THE COLLUSION AGAINST MACEDONIA by Theodore Sarandis, page 25). The same numbers were reflected in the ethnographic map appended to the work of the Italian ethnographer Amatore Virgili.
A census took place in Yugoslavia in 1940. The official results of this census showed no mention of a Macedonian nation. According to the census, the population of the Region of present day FYROM, amounted to 1,071,426 people and had the following structure: 710,676 Slavs (66%), 334,285 Albanians & Turks (31.2%) and 26,465 Vlachs & Greeks (2.8%).
However what happened to the Slavs residents of Southern Yugoslavia, which was also part of the Vardarska Banovina area for a time after the name change of the region into the Peoples’ Republic of Macedonia in August 1944? Did they all disappear? Did they migrate somewhere else? None of the aforementioned happened. Tito’s totalitarian regime in August 1944, accompanied by Stalin’s mandate, direction and blessing and the slavish cooperation and allegiance of all totalitarian consanguineous parties and governments, aimed to rename the region People’s Republic of Macedonia and its inhabitants to become “Macedonians” overnight. All Eastern bloc countries were aiming to usurp Greek Macedonia with its warm port of Thessaloniki as their trophy.
During the Balkan Wars 1912-13 there was no “Macedonian” army to fight the rights of the supposed “Macedonians.” During the negotiating talks of the Bucharest Treaty, there were no representatives of any “Macedonian Nation”. The 1914 Carnegie Report (Report of the International Commission to Report on the Causes and Conduct of the Balkan Wars) not only did not record the existence of a “Macedonian” army, but neither did it record the existence of any “ethnic Macedonian” civilians.
In 1921 in Moscow, the Komintern (3rd Communist International) overviewed the seizure of Macedonia and Thrace in Greece, placing them into the communist bloc. Based on this decision, and when other efforts had no results, the then powerful Yugoslav Communist leader Tito had to find another approach. He suddenly discovered that the “Macedonians,” are not Greek and the “Macedonian” language is not the Greek language and“Scholars” from the People’s Republic of Macedonia were commissioned to re-write their history books to include the ancient Macedonian History according to the wishes of the League of Communists of communist Yugoslavia, accompanied by perverted maps showing their "Macedonia" going all the way down to the northern half of Mount Olympus. Also, “linguists” led by Blagoj Konev, a.k.a. Blaže Koneski, were appointed to create the alphabet for and refine the "newly discovered" Macedonian language, which, of course, was made to sound as if it were the “natural development” of the ancient Macedonian language. Through their control of mass media and education, the government of People’s Republic of Macedonia then introduced this language and claimed that it is the language that was spoken by the ancient Macedonians. However, this language is grammatically nearly identical to Bulgarian and, due to continuous government interventions its vocabulary tends to include more Serbo-Croatian words that have replaced the Bulgarian words. Former FYROM Prime Minister Georgievski affirming this fact wrote: "I will give an example with the newly formed stupidity expressed in the term 'classical Macedonian language' (language in Ancient Macedonia as a basis of modern Macedonian language?!). The whole story about Ancient Macedonia sounds undoubtedly very nice. However, there is a great problem, a huge hole of about 2,000 years during which we have neither oral nor written tradition, nor a single scientific argument!" (Ljubco Georgievski, FOCUS, 31 March 2008 ).
It is truly unnecessary to be forced to defend the well-known historical facts about ancient Macedonia’s Hellenism after so many books and reputable, respected world historians and archaeologists have written articles about it. The archaeological findings in Macedonia proper and all the way to Central Asia, Egypt and India where Alexander the Great went, including cities with Greek names, coins and statues with Greek inscriptions, letters written by simple Macedonian soldiers and by simple Macedonian women as the curse of the Pella Katadesmos, written in Northwestern Greek dialect, architectural styles of temples, writings by ancient historians, all demonstrate the Hellenism of Macedonia. The marble statues and gravestones in two continents speak Greek! There is not a shred of evidence that a language other than Greek was spoken in ancient Macedonia and in countries conquered by Alexander the Great.
A practical question could be posed to Professor Friedman. Mount Olympus is in Macedonia, Greece. Would the Athenians, Spartans, and the other Greeks have their Gods
(Zeus, Poseidon, Apollo, Aphrodite, etc) living on a mountain belonging to Macedonia if that province was not part of the Greek world?
Dr. Federico Krutwig Sagredo, President of Hellenic College of Bilbao in Spain in a lecture stated: Macedonians were only the people who were members of a Greek tribe “...Those who are now saying that the Slavs of Skopje are Macedonians are either lying or lack knowledge or they have hidden irredentist purposes ....'' (Hellenic Education, Ancient Greek Courses - 7th Lesson, p. 117).
There is not one scientific argument regarding the imaginary amalgamation of the Slavs with the ancient Macedonians, who according to Fanula Papazoglu’s dissertation were Greek speakers (Fanula Papazoglu, Skopje 1957, 333). The newly authenticated inscription of Katadesmos brings the Macedonian dialect in the realm of Northwestern Greek dialects along with Acarnanian and Aetolian, which verifies Titus Livius' statement that "Aetolians, Acarnanians, and Macedonians are people of the same speech." Katadesmos bears "the phenomena that distinguish the Northwest Greek dialects" as pointed out by Carl D. Buck (Carl D. Buck, 1907, 241-276).
Dr. Friedman argues that the Bulgarian language differs from the "Macedonian" language because their bases are different. The Bulgarian language has its basis in Sofia whereas the "Macedonian" comes from the Veles, Bitola, Prilep and Kichevo area. If the FYROM language has its basis on the dialect of Veles, Bitola, Prilep and Kichevo area, that statement proves that FYROM Slavic was born in 1945. The government of the People's Republic of "Macedonia" imposed that basis on its people during that time. Based on Friedman's argument, what was the basis of the pre-1945 "Macedonian" language? Sofia? It had to be because the "Macedonian" language did not exist on its own since there were two additional equal dialects, the one of Stip-Strumica and one of Skopje. In addition, as a matter of political agenda and policy successive governments of Skopje inserted through controlled education and press vocabulary from other Slavic languages, especially from Serbian, aiming to create a completely different language from the one the people of that Republic spoke in 1945. To safeguard anything "Macedonian" after its independence the government of the FYROM passed the Penal Code (articles 178 and 179) making the challenge to anything "Macedonian a crime." That includes the universities. What happened to democracy? What happened to the academic freedom and non-attribution?
Regarding the loss of the infinitive, it is a fact that it is a regional issue applying to all south Balkan languages. In the case of the FYROM language it never had one since its mother language, Bulgarian, has long lost its infinitive with a few traces of the old infinitive remaining in the negative Imperative, which has almost disappeared.
FYROM is a small landlocked country in the southern Balkans with serious domestic issues, which exports problems and instability to its neighboring countries. It is the only country in Europe that reciprocity and compromise are unknown, while irredentism and aggression are the norm. It is the result of an ultra-nationalistic government that follows Macedonism, a nationalistic concept created by the communists based on a history that they purposely falsified in order to hide imperialistic and revanchist views. The present ultra-nationalist government of the FYROM continues the communist policies based on the lie of Macedonism. Therefore, if the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia needs a lie in order to exist, its existence is redundant.

Έτσι έγινε και με το μήνυμα του κ. Στεφανέλη. Έξαλλου οποιοσδήποτε θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα e-mail και να παραμένει άγνωστο. Πιστεύουμε ότι έχετε προσέξει ότι τα comments είναι free επειδή δεν μας ενδιαφέρει ποιοι γράφουν, αλά τι σκέφτονται, οπός π.χ. οι σκέψεις του αγνώστου παραπονεμένο.
Θέλουμε να τονίζουμε επίσης ότι την βρίσκουμε γελοία την απειλή του παραπονεμένου αγνώστου ότι “ δε θα διαβάζει αυτό το Bloger εάν δεν ζητήσουμε συγνώμη...”
Το Bloger μας δεν δουλεύει με συνδρομητές ούτε είναι εκφραστής κάποιου κόμματος η οργανώσεως. Είναι άπλα μια εθελοντική πρωτοβουλία για ενημέρωση για γεγονότα περί της Χειμαρρας, της πολιτιστικής κληρονομίας της, των περιουσιών τις κλτ και όχι να υποστήριξη (η να πολεμάει) κάποια άποψη οπός αυτή της αυτονομίας της Βορίου Ηπείρου.
Εάν κάποιοι στα comments τους υποστηρίζουν μια άποψη και κάποιοι άλλοι την αντίθετη, δεν βλέπουμε τον λόγο να εμποδίζουμε την μια η την άλλη πλευρά να εκφράζονται. Δημοκρατία σημαίνει ελεύθερη κίνηση ιδεών.
Καλούμε τον άγνωστο παραπονεμένο (δεν νομίζω να έχει πάλι παράπονο που το καλούμε έτσι-αφού δεν μας έδωσε άλλα στοιχεία) να μας προβάλει τις ιδέες του για το θέμα που τον «πόνεσε»

Deputeti i parlamentit shqiptar z. S. Ngjela, shijues i parajses dhe sketeres komuniste dhe mandej i parajses demokratike ka kerkuar as me pak e as me shume ti hiqet e drejta e lirise se fjales himarjoteve dhe per kete te fillohet nga Kryetari i Bashkise Bollano.
Spartak Ngjela nga foltorja e parlamentit, duke ngaterruar parlamentin me gjykatat, fenomen i rendomte ky i regjimit qe i sherbeu dikur familja Ngjela, ka kerkuar te burgoset Bollano.
Akuzat e tij ndaj Bollanos: " Para disa ditësh një kryetar bashkie kundërshtar i hapur i shqiptarëve ka tentuar të kundërshtojë historinë shqiptare dhe në mënyrë të përsëritur ka tentuar të organizojë trazira ndërkombëtare. Një kryetar i tillë duhet të shkarkohet menjëherë"dhe me tej "Presidenti t'I kërkojë Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme procesin penal kundër Bollanos pasi ka dhunuar Kushtetutën dhe ka marrë pjesë në tubimin antishqiptar."

Nuk e kuptoj shperthimin e z, Ngjela kunder Vasil Bollanos kur avokati nuk ka asnje fakt per te patur tentativen me te vogel per te ndjekur penalisht Bollanon. Pse? Ja pse.
E para Bollano nuk ka bere asnje deklarate vec atyre qe thote vete ne media, te tjerat jane shpifje te nivelit mediatik shqiptar qe le shume per te deshiruar ne trajtimet nacionaliste qe i servir kunder Himares.
e dyta, populli i Himares eshte tejet emocionalisht i ngarkuar per faktin se ka 17 vjet qe kerkon pronat e veta dhe ato syrgjynosen neper hipotakat dhe arkivat mbushur me hajdute te ndihmuar edhe nga gjykatat me te drejte fashiste. Po ashtu Himara eshte qendra sado e vogel qe paguan drita, uje dhe taksa 100% dhe nuk ka perfituar asnje investim serioz edhe pse eshte zone e kategorise se larte elite turistike nuk ka infrastrukturen me elementare.
Policia e Himares me teper u sherben njerezve qe kerkojne te grabisin pronat se sa komunitetit vendas megjithate Himara eshte qender e qe nuk njihet vjedhja dhe me keq akoma vrasjet, edhe trafiqet qe mund te behen behen nga persona jo nga Himara. Te gjitha keto te cojne te mendosh: A ka padrejtesi ne Himare nga shteti shqiptar? Dhe pyetja eshte logjike: PO ka madje me instrumente fashiste.
Ndersa ne planin gjeopolitik nuk ka pse t'ju vije hidhur per Himaren, ajo eshte ndeshur disa here me shtetin shqiptar, keshtu Protokolli i Korfuzit Maj 1914, i jep te drejten e Himares qe te kete zone liberale brenda autonomiese se Epirit te Veriut dhe kjo eshte firmosur edhe nga perfaqesuesi shqiptar Medi Frasheri krahas fuqive te medha. Ne vitin 1935 Himara fiton te drejten e mohuar nga Zogu per Protokollin e Korfuzit per ta zhvendosur si zone minoritare e cila edhe sot e kesaj dite rezulton e pazbatuar nga qeverite shqiptare. Pra duke futur edhe Konventen e Mbrojtjes se komuniteteve etnike nga Keshilli Europes, Shqiperia eshte e detyruar te respektoje keto parime demokratike.
Shtrohet pyetja: c'te keqe ka Himara dhe zona te tjera ku elementi kulturor komunitar eshte hellen te kene perfaqesite e tyre institucionale si policia, gjykatat dhe te tjera ne gjuhen e tyre amtare kur vellezerit tuaj ne kosove dhe maqedoni e kane fituar dhjete vjecarin e fundit me ndermjetesine dhe presionet e komunitetit nderkombetar? Haruat NATOn ne Kosove pse nderm,ori fushate ajrore ndaj serbise? Po maqedonin e e vitit 2001 dhe marveshjen e Ohrit mos valle e haruat per te drejtat e shqiptareve?
A mendohet valle se nje shperberje e "maqedonise" do te coje ne probleme etnike ballkanin dhe cila eshte pergjegjesia qe do te mare vete Shqiperia ne kete rast? Mos valle do ti hapet oreksi per te mare teritore ne Kosove dhe "Maqedoni" dhe te tjere shtete, kurse ne Shqiperi te mos ta kene kete te drejte? Besoj se eshte nje interpretim i gabuar per te cilat fuqite e medha vendosin nen frymen e referendumeve popullore dhe deri atehere le te shohim me vemendje sec cfar do te ngjase.

Μύθος, ο σεβασμός των δικαιωμάτων των Ελλήνων της Αλβανίας
Με αφορμή ρεπορτάζ που προβλήθηκε τον προηγούμενο μήνα στο αλβανικό μέσο Shekulli, σχετικά με την κάλυψη του σεμιναρίου που διοργανώθηκε στα Τίρανα από τους αρμόδιους αντιπροσώπους του Συμβουλίου της Ευρώπης για θέματα προστασίας των δικαιωμάτων των μειονοτήτων και μέσω του οποίου διαδόθηκε εσκεμμένα ψευδώς πως στην Αλβανία είναι σεβαστά όλα τα δικαιώματα της ελληνικής μειονότητας, είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι σαν ‘‘Νεολαία Βορειοηπειρωτών’’ να καταστήσουμε σαφές στη συγκεκριμένη δημοσιογράφο του καναλιού αλλά και προς όλους τους αρμόδιους φορείς ότι:
Καταπατούνται αυθαίρετα και ανελλιπώς, τα δικαιώματα της Ελληνικής μειονότητας στην Αλβανία με σημαντικότερο απ’ όλα το δικαίωμα του αυτοπροσδιορισμού τους ως Έλληνες στην εθνική τους καταγωγή αλλά και όλα τα άλλα που απορρέουν από αυτό. Βασικότερο από τα δικαιώματα αυτά είναι εκείνο της εκπαίδευσης στη μητρική γλώσσα, μιας σημαντικότατης μερίδας πολιτών της Αλβανίας, μιας σημαντικότατης μερίδας πολιτών ενός κράτους που θέλει να λέγεται δημοκρατικό.
Προφασιζόμενη τον απόλυτα αυθαίρετο γεωγραφικό περιορισμό της ελληνικής μειονότητας σε 99 συγκεκριμένα χωριά στο νότο της χώρας και αποχαρακτηρίζοντας περιοχές λίκνα του ελληνισμού όπως η Άρτα, η Χιμάρα, οι Άγιοι Σαράντα, το Αργυρόκαστρο κ.α. από μειονοτική ζώνη, η Αλβανία στερεί από χιλιάδες Έλληνες μειονοτικούς όλα τα δικαιώματά τους που απορρέουν από διεθνής συνθήκες και συμφωνίες. Ο αποχαρακτηρισμός αυτός εντάσσεται στα πλαίσια μιας γενικότερης στρατηγικής συρρίκνωσης του ελληνικού στοιχείου στην ευρύτερη περιοχή και σε ότι αφορά τη Χιμάρα, αποτελεί παράλληλα προϊόν ρεβανσισμού προς το λαό της, που έστειλε εκεί που τους έπρεπε τους μετέπειτα δυνάστες του με το δημοψήφισμα του 1945, αφού ήταν η μόνη επαρχία στην Αλβανία που τάχθηκε φανερά κατά της Δικτατορίας του Προλεταριάτου.
Το αλβανικό κράτος στερεί απροκάλυπτα το βασικό δημοκρατικό δικαίωμα του αυτοπροσδιορισμού και όσα από αυτό απορρέουν, μην επιτρέποντας την διενέργεια απογραφής του πληθυσμού με τη δυνατότητα δήλωσης της εθνικής καταγωγής των πολιτών, ως μοναδικό ουσιαστικό και αποτελεσματικό μέσο για τον προσδιορισμό του πραγματικού μεγέθους της ελληνικής μειονότητας εντός των συνόρων του.
Το ζήτημα αυτό, εκτός όλων των άλλων, αποτελεί μείζων ζήτημα δημοκρατικότητας για την Αλβανία και θα έχει δυσάρεστες συνέπειες για την ίδια εάν λάβουμε υπ’ όψη ότι στηρίζει πολλά στην Ευρωπαϊκή της προοπτική. Κανένα δημοκρατικό πολίτευμα δεν μπορεί να στερεί τέτοια δικαιώματα και κανένας δημοκρατικός πολίτης δεν μπορεί να σιωπά όταν αυτό συμβαίνει. Πολύ περισσότερο δεν επιτρέπεται σε αξιωματούχους της Αλβανικής κυβέρνησης οι οποίοι προέρχονται μάλιστα από τους κόλπους της Ελληνικής Μειονότητας να συνηγορούν στις μεθοδεύσεις της Αλβανικής κυβέρνησης λέγοντας πως η κάλυψη των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών της Ελληνικής Μειονότητας συνεπάγεται αβάσταχτα έξοδα για το ‘φτωχό πλην τίμιο’ Αλβανικό κράτος. Δεν δυνάμεθα πλέον να δεχτούμε ότι η Αλβανία του 1989 μπορούσε να καλύψει οικονομικά τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες 9000 μαθητών ελληνικής καταγωγής και 700 αντίστοιχων δασκάλων, ενώ η Αλβανία του 2008 δυσκολεύεται να κάνει το ίδιο για τους μαθητές και δασκάλους που έχουν απομείνει στο γεωγραφικό χώρο που αυτή θεωρεί μειονότητα, έτσι ώστε να μπορέσει να σεβαστεί και τα αντίστοιχα δικαιώματα όλων των μειονοτικών, όπου κι αν βρίσκονται στη χώρα!!!
Η ‘‘Νεολαία Βορειοηπειρωτών’’ διακατεχόμενη από βαθειά πίστη στις αρχές της δημοκρατίας και όντας αποφασισμένη να παλέψει για να μη μένουν οι αρχές αυτές απλά στη θεωρεία, τονίζει στους αρμόδιους του Αλβανικού κράτους ότι ''έχει πολλούς λόγους η Αλβανία να μην εκτίθεται στα μάτια της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, αλλά και πέραν του Ατλαντικού, έχοντας πολίτες της να την κατηγορούν για παραβίαση βασικών ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων...''

Kur të akuzojnë për pronën tënde...
E lexova shkrimin me interes, jo për përmbajtjen, por sepse përbënte një rekord jo vetëm tendencioziteti, por edhe mungese elementare të etikës profesionale. Nëse merr përsipër të shkruash për diçka qe s’e ke idenë, së paku duhet të marrësh mundimin të pyesësh ...
Së pari, shkruesi Nergjoni nuk di as se për kë po flet.
Ai fut në valle “komunitetin katolik të Elbasanit”, duke krijuar një ngatërresë qesharake dhe vetëdemaskuese. I mësojmë se objektet në fjalë janë të Komunitetit Orthodhoks, i cili në Elbasan ka 6 priftërinj kanonikë, të ligjshëm, të cilët varen nga e vetmja Kishë Orthodhokse që vepron në Shqipëri, që kryesohet nga Sinodi i Shenjtë me 6 episkopë; siç përcakton Tomosi i Autoqefalisë dhe siç e njohin si autoritetet shqiptare ashtu dhe çdo kishë e krishterë (jo vetëm orthodhoksët) e botës mbarë.
Së dyti, padija nuk është arsye që të thotë se “Normalja” është “300-vjeçare”. Kjo shkollë e shquar e arsimit kombëtar do të mbushë së afërmi 100 vjet, pasi u hap në vitin 1909. Ndërsa godina në fjalë, u ndërtua nga Kisha Orthodhokse me kontributin e besimtarëve në vitin
1736 dhe i shërbeu nevojave të saj. Ishte Kisha Orthodhokse që ia vuri në dispozicion, pa pagesë, Normales dhe jo e kundërta. Në vitin 1991 ajo nuk shërbente më si shkollë, por si një muze lokal, i cili u shkatërrua si përmbajtje dhe si godinë. Më pas Kisha, e cila e kishte rimarrë pa asnjë protestë, nga askush, pronën e saj, investoi rreth 150 mijë dollarë (me vlerën e atëhershme),
për ta rikonstruktuar nga themelet dhe për të ngritur një qendër shërbimesh sociale për qytetin.
Por erdhi viti i mbrapshtë 1997 dhe qytetari privat N. Marku e uzurpoi me forcë dhe... e dha me qira, para të cilat i futi në xhepin e tij privat. Kjo është dhe arsyeja bazë e interesit të tij “patriotik”.
Së treti, në fjalët që thuhen nga shkruesi dhe në citimet flitet me mllef ndaj murgjve ose godinave kishtare. Si është e mundur që fjalë të tilla të dalin nga goja e njerëzve që pretendojnë se janë orthodhoksë. Si është e mundur që njerëz të tillë të preferojnë çdo gjë para interesit të
komunitetit të cilit pretendojnë se i përkasin. Peshkopët dhe murgjit janë baza mbi të cilën ngrihet hierarkia dhe e ardhmja e një Kishe Orthodhokse, pa ta nuk ka kishë. Shprehje të tilla i përshtaten vetëm anëtarëve të njëhershëm të Partisë së Punës apo ekstremistëve anti-të-krishterë.
Por, ç’mund të presësh nga një njeri që vesh në mënyrë abuzive rrobën e priftit dhe mashtron të paditurit me shërbesa qesharake; ata nuk e dinë se martesat, pagëzimet apo përshpirtjet e tij janë po aq të pavlera për gjithë Kishën Orthodhokse, sa po t’i bënte vetë zoti Nergjoni.
Sa për marrëveshjet me komunitetet fetare që pritet të miratohen, ato (të paktën teorikisht), ndër të tjera do t’i presin rrugën pikërisht mashtruesve të tillë.

Αλβανική εθνική συνείδηση δεν είχε πουθενά τότε διαμορφωθεί. Αλβανόφωνοι, Ελληνόφωνοι, Βλαχόφωνοι ήσαν και πολεμούσαν μαζί υπήκοοι του Ορθόδοξου Βυζαντίου.
Σαν χριστιανός ορθόδοξος βαπτίστηκε και πήρε το όνομα «Γεώργιος». Η γλώσσα του Βυζαντίου την εποχή εκείνη ήταν τα Ελληνικά και ιδιαίτερα της εκκλησίας. Οποιος επισκεφθεί τις εκκλησίες της Κρούγιας στις τοιχογραφίες και στις εικόνες θα το διαπιστώσει με τα ίδια του τα μάτια. Η λαϊκή απόδοση στα Ελληνικά του ονόματος Γεώργιος είναι Γιώργος ή Γιώργης.
Από όσο γνωρίζουμε εκτός από τα Ελληνικά ο Καστριώτης γνώριζε καλά και τα Τουρκικά (για πολλά χρόνια βρισκόταν σε Τουρκική ομηρία) τα Αλβανικά, τα οποία ήδη είχαν διαμορφωθεί και ομιλούντο παράλληλα με τα Ελληνικά στην περιοχή. Ακόμα μιλούσε και Λατινικά, που εμφανίζονται στις επαφές του με την Δύση.
Αυτή είναι η ιστορική αλήθεια και όλοι θα πρέπει να είμαστε υπερήφανοι για αυτόν τον μεγάλο άνδρα.
Σχετικά τώρα με τα ονόματα των Χειμαρριωτών. Ένα αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα κάθε ατόμου και κάθε ομάδας, που απορρέει από το διεθνές δίκαιο και τον χάρτη των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων είναι το δικαίωμα του αυτοπροσδιορισμού, ο καθένας μπορεί και πρέπει να επιλέγει το όνομα με το
οποίο θέλει να τον αποκαλούν, όπως και πως θέλει να το γράφει. Πόσοι Αλβανοί αλλά και άλλοι Ευρωπαίοι, ιδιαίτερα οι μετανάστες στις ΗΠΑ δεν αλλάζουν τα ονόματά τους σε John, Jim, Bill, George κ.λ.π. Ακόμα σκεφθείτε τον Θεοφάνη Μαυρομάτη που κάποια στιγμή αυτοπροσδιορίστηκε Αλβανός και άλλαξε το όνομα του σε FAN NOLI.
Σχετικά με την Ελληνοφωνία των Χειμαρριωτών αυτό είναι ένα γεγονός πέρα από κάθε αμφισβήτηση, δεν έχετε παρά να επισκεφθείτε την Χειμάρρα, έναν πολύ όμορφο και φιλόξενο τόπο για διακοπές και να το διαπιστώσετε μόνοι σας.
Υπάρχουν βέβαια και πολλοί Ηπειρώτες σε διάφορες άλλες περιοχές της Νότιας (κυρίως) Αλβανίας που αυtοπροσδιορίζονται ως Ελληνες ενώ δεν γνωρίζουν Ελληνικά πλέον ( και αυτοί έχουν αυτό το αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα ).
Σκεφθείτε ότι οι περισσότεροι Ιρλανδοί, γνωστοί για τον πατριωτισμό τους δεν γνωρίζουν Ιρλανδικά, αλλά έχουν τα Αγγλικά ως γλώσσα τους.
Θα πρέπει να γίνει κατανοητό από όλους ότι ο Ελληνισμός, η Ελληνική γλώσσα, ο πολιτισμός και οι παραδόσεις είναι ένα σημαντικό συστατικό στοιχείο της Αλβανίας και σαν τέτοιο θα πρέπει να αναγνωρίζεται και όχι να εξορκίζεται. Η Ευρωπαική προοπτική, οι Ευρωπαϊκές δομές και το διεθνές δίκαιο αυτό ζητούν. Είμαστε αναγκασμένοι να ζήσουμε μαζί.

Gazeta Shekulli në artikullin “Skenderbeu quhej Jorgji” i kundërvihet “Guidës turistike të Himarës” sepse e shkruan emrin e Kastriotit “Γεώργιος-Jeorjios”, gjithashtu i kundervihet të shkruarit të emrave Nikos, Fotis, Aleksandros si dhe i kudërvihet deklarimit të kryetarit të bashkisë së Himarës, Vasil Bollanos që rreth 85 % e himarjotëve kanë si gjuhë amtare greqishten.
Le ti shohim një nga një. Jeorjio (Γεώργιος) Kastrioti i Joanit ishte një arhond bizantin që luftoi me trimëri të rrallë dhe të suksesëshme kundër pushtimit nga Perandoria Turke të hapësirës ku ishte Perandoria Bizantine dhe nën ato armë luftuan « romanët » si bizantinas dhe kristianë orthodhoksë.
Deri atëhere nuk ishte formuar një ndërgjejgje kombëtare shqiptare. Shqipfolës, greqisht folës dhe vllahë luftonin së bashku si shtetas të perandorisë bizantine.
U pagëzua si kristian orthodhoks me emrin «Γεώργιος-Jeorjios”. Gjuha e Bizantit dhe në veçanti e kishës në atë kohë ishte greqishtja. Kush ka vizituar kishat e Krujës bindet për sa thamë duke parë mbishkrimet në mure dhe në ikona. E folmja popullore në greqisht e emrit “ Γεώργιος-Jeorjios” është Jorgo (Γιώργος) ose Jorgji (Γιώργης).
Nga sa njohim, veç greqishtes, Kastrioti njihte mirë dhe turqishten (për shumë vite ndodhej në Turqi) dhe shqipen, që flitej parallel me greqishten. Fliste akoma dhe latinisht, që shfaqet në kontaktet e tij me perëndimin. Kjo është e vërteta historike dhe të gjithë duhet të jemi krenarë për një burrë të tillë të shquar.
Tani lidhur me emrat e himarjotëve. Një e drejtë e pamohueshme e çdo personi apo grupi, që rrjedh nga e drejta ndërkombëtare dhe karta të drejtave të njeriut, është e drejta e vetëpërcaktimit , çdo njeri mund dhe ka të drejtë të zgjedhe emrin me të cilin dëshëron ta thërrasin, ashtu dhe formën e të shkruarit. Sa e sa shqiptarë, por edhe europianë, e sidomos ata që emigruan për në Amerikë kanë ndryshuar emrat e tyre me John, Jim, Bill, George. Mendoni akoma që edhe Theofan Mavromati që në një farë momenti u vetëdeklarua si shqiptar, e ndryshoi emrin duke u quajtur Fan Noli
Lidhur me të folmen greqishte të himarjotëve, ky është një fakt larg çdo dyshimi. Nuk keni veçse të vizitoni Himarën, një vend shumë I bukur dhe mikpritës për pushime, dhe do të bindeni vetë për këtë gjë.
Ka vërtet shumë epirotas në zona të ndryshme të Shqipërisë së Jugut që ndonse nuk dinë greqisht, vetëpërcaktohen si Grekë (edhe ata e kanë të drejtën e vetëpërcaktimit). Ja mendoni që shumica e irlandezëve, të njohur për patriotizmin e tyre, nuk flasion irlandisht por kanë gjuhën angleeze si gjuhë të tyre.
Duhet të kuptohet nga të gjithë që Helenizmi, gjuha, kultura dhe tradita greke janë elemente të rëndësishme përbërëse të Shqipërisë dhe si të tilla duhet të njihen dhe jo të çrrënjosen. Prespektiva Europiane, strukturat europiane dhe e drejta ndërkombëtare e kërkojnë këtë gjë. Jemi të detyruar të jetojmë bashkë.

Ju lumte qe po luftoni per te fituar ato qe i keni humbur nga regjimet e kaluara. Le te thuan c'te duan te tjeret. Ju jeni ashtu sic e ndjeni vete. Edhe dhelpra kur nuk mund ti arrinte rrusht thoshte se "nuk jane bere".
Per shkollat, ju takojne , le te gerthasin sa te duan te tjeret. Secili meson ato qe degjon ne shtepi dhe mandej to qe i duhen. Njerezit e pa pjekur (aguridhet) merren me fjale dhe lehin per frikesim si puna e qenve aty ketu per te mbjelle frike. Ajo kohe tashme ka perenduar , beni historine tuaj.
Toponimia himara (Xeimarra-Xeimarros) eshte greke ashtu si dhe gjuha, feja dhe traditat te cilat jane te mjaftueshme per tju njohur se fare jeni
